The City of Cincinnati has moved all subcontracting reporting to a new system: Vendor Compliance and Certification System (VCCS)
Beginning with payments for October 2014, we will no longer be exporting them from the SubConTrak system. If you have already entered them you will need to register for VCCS and enter them there.
The SubConTrak system will not be available to view or enter any subcontracting data as of Nov. 1, 2014.
If you would like a copy of the data you have entered into the system over the years, use the DATA EXPORT option on the left side menu after logging in.
To create an account in VCCS and begin entering your data go to
and select “Account Lookup” from the menu. Use your company TaxID to find the vendor record for your company. If you find your record then click to get a password reminder. Within 24 hours you will be sent your temporary password.
Your email address will become your user name. If you do not see your record click on “Request New User” and fill in the required information. Within 24 hours you will be sent your temporary password.
If you do not find any users for your company give us a call.
